Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and territories.
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, retailers and key customers.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects and project companies.
- Generate leads and convert them into profitable business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Promote Astral, Sudhakar, Havells, RR Kabel, Polycab, Wipro, Crompton, and other company products.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust dealer and contractor network.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders until conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major customers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes, and market activities.
- Identify new markets and expand the company's geographical presence.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor sales performance, customer growth,



and territory profitability.
- Follow up on customer payments and support the collection process.
- Prepare regular sales, market and business development reports for management.
- Develop long-term strategies to increase sales, customer base and overall business growth.
