About the Role: Business Development Executive (Event)

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Event Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, building business relationships, and promoting participation in our prestigious national and international events and award programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Promote and explain our events, award programs, sponsorship opportunities, and related services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients/participants.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and ensure timely closure.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable event-related solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal event and management teams for smooth client execution.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills:
