Role Description The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the growth of HiCube Designs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Guwahati and includes prospecting potential clients, managing leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating with the design team to align client needs with service offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handover to project execution.





The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in local networking events, and providing regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client portfolios, maintain long-term relationships, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should have familiarity with sales processes, CRM or lead tracking tools, and basic market research practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in interiors, architecture, or design-related services are advantageous.
