RESTIDO PRIVATE LIMITED is an Engineering, Business Development and Technical Consultancy company supporting OEMs, technology providers and industrial companies in developing business opportunities and expanding their presence in the Indian market.

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers, OEMs, EPC companies, manufacturers and industrial end users.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking and direct customer engagement.
- Arrange and participate in customer meetings, presentations and industrial visits.
- Understand clients' technical products, technologies and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective customers.
- Support international OEMs and technology providers seeking to develop or expand their business in the Indian market.
- Support Indian companies with business development, technical sales and market expansion activities.
- Prepare presentations, business proposals, quotations and techno-commercial documentation.
- Support RFQs, tenders, estimations and bid documentation when required.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, customer interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and support opportunities through the business development and sales cycle.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, market intelligence and business development updates.

Education & Qualification

Preferred:



B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PGDM or any Business Management qualification.

Candidates with any Engineering degree combined with strong interest or experience in Business Development, B2B Technical Sales, Industrial Sales or Marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, commercial aptitude and an interest in Business Development may also be considered.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and communicating with new customers.
- Ability to understand engineering products and technical concepts.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and industrial markets.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn-based prospecting is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industrial visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
