We are a small, close team in Gurugram building Physical AI and robotics systems for advanced engineering. Much of our work today is automated quality inspection for automotive and aerospace manufacturers: vision systems and special purpose machines that sit on real production lines and help plant teams catch defects before they travel downstream. We are also an NVIDIA Inception Program partner.

Who this role is for

This is an early career role, meant for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience. You have spent a little time inside a systems integrator serving the automotive sector, you have seen how a plant buys, and you are eager to learn and take on more ownership. We do not expect you to arrive with a full book of contacts or years of closed deals. We expect curiosity, sincerity and a willingness to grow, and we will invest in you in return.

What you will do

- Support and gradually lead conversations with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, working with quality, production, manufacturing engineering and purchase teams
- Find and qualify new opportunities for vision inspection, automation and digital transformation projects
- Visit plants, listen carefully to the problem on the line,



and bring it back to our engineers in a form they can solve
- Prepare proposals, scope documents and commercial offers together with the technical team
- Help respond to RFQs and follow them through technical discussion, negotiation and purchase order, with guidance from the founder at every stage
- Keep the pipeline honest and current, and share what you are hearing from the market

What we hope you bring

- 1 to 3 years in sales, business development or application engineering at a systems integrator, automation house, SPM builder or machine vision company serving automotive customers
- A basic understanding of the RFQ to PO cycle in automotive manufacturing
- Enough technical curiosity to hold a conversation about cameras, PLCs, robots, fixtures and cycle time, with the humility to say "let me check with our engineers" when needed
- Transparent written and spoken English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel to plants across NCR and, at times, other automotive clusters
- A degree or diploma in engineering is welcome and not essential

Good to have

- Exposure to machine vision, industrial robotics or Industry 4.0 projects
- Some familiarity with the Gurugram, Manesar and wider NCR automotive belt
- Exposure to GeM or tender-led sales
