? About the Role
We're looking for results-driven Inside Sales Associates to counsel prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable upskilling programs, and drive enrollments through a consultative sales approach.
? Target Audience: Students & Working Professionals
? Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls from company-generated leads
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and other communication channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant programs
- Handle objections,
negotiate and drive successful closures
- Develop strong product/service knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively
- Schedule webinars/appointments with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate lead records and interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to improve lead conversion
? Eligibility
✅ Minimum Graduation required
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
✅ Fluency in Hindi / Tamil / Telugu (English is a plus)
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
✅ Robust persuasion and customer-handling skills
