Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through various channels
- Understand and verify lead quality
- Identify genuine business opportunities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new prospects
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information
- Maintain accurate lead and call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads
- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward
Requirements
- Graduation required
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle both inbound leads and cold calls
