About the RoleAs a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with old, new, and cold leads through calls and other communication channels.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand the prospect's requirements, identify whether they are a genuine and relevant business opportunity, qualify the lead, and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team for further discussions and conversion.

You will play an important role in building the sales pipeline and ensuring that the sales team receives relevant and qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing, current, and cold leads.
- Follow up with old leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Contact new leads and understand their business requirements.




- Conduct cold calling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's business needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Identify and qualify valid and genuine leads based on defined criteria.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Explain SparkTG's products and solutions at a basic level.
- Identify the right prospects and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and call details in the CRM.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding qualified opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with prospects throughout the initial interaction.

- Ability to identify genuine business requirements.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Willingness to make cold calls and regular follow-ups.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduation is required.
