About The Opportunity

- Cadworks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Business Development Associate to join their team. The role is critical for expanding the customer base, creating sales opportunities, converting prospects, and strengthening client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers using cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
- Connect with prospects to understand their requirements, challenges, and expectations.
- Introduce and explain relevant company offerings based on customer needs.
- Handle prospects throughout the sales funnel from initial outreach to final deal closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely movement of leads through different sales stages.
- Work towards achieving individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong engagement with both potential and existing customers.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with clients and prospects.
- Keep CRM records, sales trackers, and customer databases updated.
- Explore new markets, customer segments,



and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments for successful customer onboarding and execution.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Identify gaps in the existing sales process and suggest ways to improve lead generation and conversion.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- 6+ months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive knowledge of prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and sales conversion.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage leads and drive them towards closure.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
