### About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable upskilling programs.

### Key Responsibilities

Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

Explain relevant programs and address learner queries.

Handle follow-ups and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Achieve enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.

Maintain lead and sales records in CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

### Requirements

0–3 years of experience in BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.

Valuable communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

EdTech/Sales experience preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
