About the Role

One of our banking clients is looking for a Business Clients Area Advisor, AS to support its Business Banking function.

The role is part of the liability business, which serves customers through Personal Banking, Private Banking and Business Banking channels. The primary objective is to enhance the value of the existing trade account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a team and support the Area Sales Manager.

- Advise on credit-related client solutions and assess loans from an income and risk perspective within existing credit processes.

- Advise and guide teams in the development of bespoke products, solutions and platforms.

- Manage a team of 5 to 6 Sales Managers.

- Work with functional and cross-functional colleagues to ensure products, solutions and platforms meet the needs of the bank and clients.





- May participate in the negotiation and execution of mandated transactions with clients.

- Manage business requirements related to the mortgage loan segment.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loans.

- Minimum 3 years of team-handling experience.

- DSA channel experience is mandatory.

- Ticket size: Minimum ₹1 Crore.

- Target companies mentioned in the source: StanC, HDFC and Bajaj.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Well-groomed and skilled.

- Minimum qualification: Graduation.

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
