Hiring: Business Analyst – US Automotive / Dealer Management

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – Hybrid

Experience: 6+ Years

Work Model: Remote + Monthly Bhopal Travel

Travel: Approximately 10 days/month in Bhopal

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the US Automotive / Automotive Dealer Management / Automotive Marketplace domain.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in US Automotive / Automotive Dealer Management
- Hands-on understanding of US dealership business processes & workflows
- Experience working directly with US-based clients/stakeholders
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Robust Stakeholder Management & Client Communication
- Experience with UAT, Process Mapping & Functional Documentation
- Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives and digital transformation
- Ability to identify and define AI use cases and business requirements
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Epics, User Stories, Sprint Planning) is preferred

Automotive Domain Exposure Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
- Automotive Dealership / Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Automotive Marketplace
- Vehicle Sales & Inventory
- Service & Parts
- CRM / Finance
- Vehicle Lifecycle
- OEMs / Dealer Groups





AI & Digital Transformation The candidate will work with business, product, data, AI, and engineering teams to:
- Identify AI-driven business opportunities
- Define AI use cases and expected business outcomes
- Translate business problems into clear requirements
- Define KPIs, success criteria and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows & Functional Specifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks and dependencies
- Support UAT and business validation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Data and AI teams
