? We’re Hiring | Business Associate Intern | IN OFFICE

Midori Life is a growing health & wellness brand building a modern, premium lifestyle around matcha and clean living. We’re looking for a Business Associate Intern who is curious, analytical, proactive, and excited to work across different areas of a growing consumer brand.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business, sales, operations, growth and strategy rather than being restricted to one function.

What you’ll work on:• Support the founder and core team on day-to-day business initiatives

- Conduct market, competitor and customer research
- Assist with B2B sales and business development
- Identify and reach out to potential cafés, retailers, gyms, Pilates studios and other partners
- Track leads, follow-ups and sales pipelines
- Support D2C and marketplace growth initiatives
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with marketing, finance and operations teams
- Prepare business reports, presentations and dashboards
- Assist with new product launches and strategic projects
- Help identify operational gaps and find practical solutions
- Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → results

What we’re looking for:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset




- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in startups, D2C, consumer brands, sales and entrepreneurship
- Someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty and figuring things out

Prior startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
