Role OverviewWe are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to drive business decisions and operational improvements through Salesforce Sales Cloud, data analysis, reporting, market intelligence, process automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Design Salesforce Flows and process automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify markets, customers, competitors, trends, and business opportunities.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Use SQL, Power BI, and DAX for business and sales analytics.
- Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales and business growth.
- Support UAT, testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.
- Work on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Explore ChatGPT, Claude, Ollama,



and other AI/LLM tools for analysis and business automation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA in Business Analytics is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certification is an advantage.
