Role : Business Analyst (6+ Yrs, US Automotive, Automotive Dealer Management, and Automotive Marketplace domain)

Location : hybrid role based out of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong domain knowledge of US Automotive / Automotive Dealer Management / Automotive Marketplace.
- Positive understanding of US automotive dealership business processes and workflows.
- Proven experience working directly with US-based customers/stakeholders.
- Strong requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable inputs for technical teams.
- Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and supporting US business hours, when required.
- Open to travelling to Bhopal for approximately 10 days every month.
