What would you do?

- Drafting, reviewing and managing the derivative agreements like ISDA Master Agreements, CSA &
- GMRA related confirmations.
- Co-ordinating with CPs, legal teams, traders, and compliance departments for confirmation negotiation and execution.
- Ensuring all confirmations complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of executed agreements and tracking outstanding confirmation
- Looking for someone with capital market experience
- Pre-matching, payment processing, depot alignment, working with various exchanges for OTC Derivatives. What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - OTC Monitoring confirmation deadlines, renewals and amendments (i.e., counterparty is wrong or DB trade capture is wrong)



Reconciliation &
- Exception Management Trade &
- Cash Reconciliation Reconcile daily trade settlements between internal systems, custodians, brokers, and clearing houses. Match executed trades with confirmations received from counterparties. Investigate and resolve trade breaks, ensuring accurate settlement. 2.

- Break Resolution Compare internal settlement records with external custodian and counterparty recordDerivative Settlements - P4
- Nostro &
- Depot Reconciliation Perform Nostro Reconciliation: Match bank account balances with expected cash movements.

Perform Depot Reconciliation: Verify securities holdings with custodians and internal books. Investigate breaks and resolve discrepancies with finance and treasury teams Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
