Job Summary The Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships at the branch level, driving sales of banking/financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on business growth, customer retention, and smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking/financial products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and investment products
- Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for timely processing of cases
- Conduct branch-level marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor customer portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate MIS and daily activity reports
