Job Brief:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and drive the performance of our branch sales operations at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services sector, capable of managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the bank's customer base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a high-performance culture within the branch. Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed business growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the branch’s market dynamics and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance the bank’s market presence.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics,



preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk management protocols within the branch.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, motivation, and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage branch budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to optimize profitability.
