Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Branch

Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including sales management, staff supervision, and customer service. This role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring proper merchandising and store presentation.

Manager will track sales performance, implement promotional activities, and work to meet branch targets and budgets. The role also involves recruiting, training, and motivating team members, handling escalated customer issues,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising or leading staff in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service, including the ability to manage targets, build customer relationships, and handle escalations effectively.
- Operational and organizational skills, such as inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring store standards and compliance.
- Basic financial and analytical skills, including tracking sales, managing budgets, and using data to improve branch performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and suppliers.
- Prior experience in electronics or home appliances retail is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and be available for weekend and holiday retail hours as needed.
