Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blow Moulding Operator based in Tamil Nadu, India.

The Blow Moulding

Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring blow moulding machines to manufacture polymer-based water storage products according to production specifications. Day-to-day tasks include adjusting machine parameters, performing routine checks, ensuring proper material feeding, and maintaining clean and secure work areas. The role involves conducting visual and basic dimensional checks to maintain quality standards, reporting any deviations or machine issues, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.





The operator must follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and housekeeping guidelines in the production area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Machining for efficient handling and adjustment of blow moulding equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to monitor product output, identify defects, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in working within Clean Rooms or controlled environments, maintaining hygiene and safety in manufacturing areas.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
- Prior experience in plastic or polymer manufacturing, especially blow moulding operations, is preferred.
- Basic technical education (such as ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Plastics, or related field) is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and production instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle routine manual tasks in a factory environment.
