Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Head role based in Lucknow.

The Branch

Head will oversee daily branch operations, including managing the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring productive processes aligned with company policies.

Responsibilities include driving business development in the local market, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting OCI’s real estate and financial services solutions. The role involves setting sales targets, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to achieve branch revenue and growth objectives.





The Branch

Head will also support team development through coaching, training, and performance feedback, while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in branch management, team leadership, and people development, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills within real estate, financial services, or related sectors.
- Experience in operations oversight, process improvement, and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and use data to drive strategic decisions and branch growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing a branch or regional office is preferred, especially in real estate consultancy or financial services.
- Comfort with on-site leadership in Lucknow, including local market familiarity and willingness to engage directly with clients and partners.
