Modeling and documentation
- Develop and maintain Revit models for interior fit-out projects (commercial, corporates, hospitality, retail) from concept through construction documents
- Model walls, ceilings, flooring, joinery, partitions, doors, and furniture to the required Level of Development (LOD)
- Produce drawings, schedules, finish legends, sections, elevations, and room data sheets directly from the model
Family and content management
- Create and edit parametric Revit families (furniture, fixtures, lighting, millwork, FF&E;)
- Maintain the firm's and clients' family libraries, ensuring naming, parameters, and metadata are consistent
- Set up shared parameters, schedules, and tags for FF&E; and finish tracking
Coordination and quality control
- Run clash detection and coordination checks using Navisworks or equivalent, and track issues to resolution
- Coordinate interior models with architectural, structural, and MEP models via linked files
- Audit models for compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), CAD/BIM standards,
and client requirements
Standards and collaboration
- Support implementation of BIM templates, project setups, and workflows for interior design clients
- Prepare model exports (IFC, DWG, PDF, NWC) per project deliverables
- Provide training and day-to-day Revit support to client design teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on Revit experience on interior or fit-out projects
- Strong skills in Revit family creation, schedules, worksharing, and view/sheet management
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent)
- Understanding of interior design documentation: finishes, ceiling plans, joinery details, FF&E;
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work with multiple clients and tight deadlines
