Role Description The Beauty Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with Kimirica’s luxury and self-care ethos. The role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate product usage, maintain thorough product knowledge, and communicate key benefits, ingredients, and usage guidelines clearly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets, handling merchandising and stock replenishment,



maintaining clean and visually appealing displays, and supporting promotional activities. The role also requires processing transactions, managing customer queries and feedback professionally, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Retail Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and Skin Care expertise to confidently recommend suitable products and explain benefits, ingredients, and routines.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Cosmetology or beauty care principles to advise customers on protected and effective product usage.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a retail team and interact respectfully with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, reliability in meeting schedules and sales goals, and basic proficiency in POS systems or retail operations.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred; a relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or beauty therapy is an advantage.
