Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and recommend menu items
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-10 years of experience in a coffee shop or restaurant environment
- Proficient in operating coffee machines and brewing equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
