Role Overview

The Bank Officer –

- CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products. The role involves relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire recent CASA customers through field activities, references, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell Savings Account and Current Account products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term business.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, FD, Loans, and Digital Banking products.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.




- Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation/KYC compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer handling experience preferred.
