Job Title: Business Officer – CASA
Company: AU Small Finance Bank
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers.
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and market visits.
- Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, FD, RD, and loans.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure service quality.
- Achieve monthly sales and account opening targets.
- Coordinate with branch operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or field sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to do field work.
