Role Description The Ayurvedic Doctor Panchakarma & Wellness role is a full-time, on-site position based at Fazlani Nature's Nest in Mawal. The role involves conducting detailed patient consultations, assessing physical and mental health, and recommending individualized treatment plans centered on Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and nature cure therapies.

The Ayurvedic

Doctor will supervise and monitor Panchakarma procedures, coordinate with therapists and wellness consultants, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include documenting case histories, tracking patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed, and educating guests about lifestyle, diet, and preventive healthcare.



The role also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (yoga, meditation, physiotherapy, and alternative therapy experts), participating in wellness program design, and supporting guest engagement activities to enhance overall retreat outcomes.

Qualifications

- Formal qualification in Ayurveda (BAMS) from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Demonstrated expertise in Ayurvedic diagnosis, Panchakarma procedures, and nature cure therapies, including treatment planning and supervision.
- Experience working in wellness retreats, resorts, clinics, or hospitals, with a strong focus on preventive and holistic healthcare.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with yoga, meditation, physiotherapy, and alternative therapy practitioners in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and wellness concepts to a diverse, global clientele.
- Competence in maintaining detailed medical records, monitoring progress, and following clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Comfort working in an on-site, guest-facing workplace, including flexible scheduling and occasional weekend or holiday duties.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages (such as Hindi or Marathi) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or wellness tourism is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care, and to continuous learning in Ayurveda and integrative wellness
