Role Description The Awareness Session Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering awareness sessions for community members on topics related to livelihood, education, healthcare, and vocational skills. This hybrid role is based in Raipur, with a mix of in office work in communities and some tasks that can be completed from home, such as planning, reporting, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling sessions, coordinating with local partners and volunteers, preparing and adapting educational materials, and conducting or facilitating interactive sessions.

The coordinator will track participation, gather feedback,



and prepare brief reports to help improve programs and measure impact. The role may also involve supporting outreach activities, maintaining communication with beneficiaries, and assisting in basic documentation and data collection.

Qualifications

- Ability to design, plan, and coordinate awareness sessions, including preparing simple educational content and materials.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and explain concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Comfort working in community settings, with sensitivity to local culture and the needs of underprivileged groups.
- Proficiency in using common digital tools (e.g., email, word processing, presentation software) to support planning and documentation.
- Prior experience in social work, community outreach, education, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours responsibly, and collaborate with a small team in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in Raipur and working knowledge of English preferred.
