About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Australia Immigration Consultant with robust end-to-end knowledge of the Australian immigration and visa process. The candidate should be capable of independently assessing clients, identifying suitable visa pathways, managing documentation, and handling applications from initial consultation through submission and final outcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed client consultations and assess eligibility for Australian Permanent Residency (PR), skilled migration and temporary visa pathways.
- Handle the complete Australia PR process, including Subclass 189, 190, 491 and other relevant skilled migration pathways.
- Assess client profiles based on age, education, work experience, English proficiency, occupation, points and state nomination requirements.
- Provide guidance on appropriate skills assessment authorities, including ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, TRA, AITSL and other relevant assessing bodies.
- Manage EOI/SkillSelect profiles, state nomination applications and invitation processes.
- Handle end-to-end documentation, application preparation, submission and follow-up.
- Prepare and review application forms, supporting documents, employment references and other immigration documentation.
- Handle Australian Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) applications, including eligibility assessment, documentation and submission.
- Identify documentation gaps, potential refusal risks and inconsistencies before application submission.
- Keep updated with changes in Australian immigration laws, visa requirements, occupation lists, state nomination criteria, points requirements and Department of Home Affairs procedures.
- Communicate with clients throughout the application process and provide timely updates.




- Coordinate with internal documentation and processing teams to ensure applications are accurate and submitted within timelines.
- Maintain proper case records and follow internal quality-control procedures.
- Handle client queries and provide professional immigration-related guidance within the scope of the role.
- Contribute to improving internal Australia immigration processes, checklists and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Australian immigration/visa processing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Australian PR and skilled migration pathways.
- Experience handling 189, 190 and 491 applications.
- Strong understanding of skills assessments, EOI/SkillSelect and state nomination processes.
- Experience with Australian Visitor Visa Subclass 600 applications.
- Knowledge of major skills assessment bodies such as ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, TRA and AITSL.
- Ability to independently conduct client assessments and recommend appropriate visa pathways.
- Excellent documentation, analytical and case-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience handling complex/refusal/reassessment cases will be preferred.

Preferred
- Experience working with an immigration consultancy or migration services company..
- Strong knowledge of Australian Department of Home Affairs procedures and current visa regulations.
- Experience in client consultation and conversion is an added advantage.
