Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida.

The Project

Engineer will coordinate and manage engineering activities for air pollution control and biomass drying projects, including detailed project planning, design review, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, monitoring timelines and budgets, supporting installation and commissioning,



and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the project life cycle.

The Project

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on design, processes, and best practices for future projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for designing, reviewing, and supporting implementation of engineering solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients, and to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field) and experience in industrial or environmental projects are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with pollution control systems, basic CAD/3D modeling tools, understanding of industrial safety standards, and the ability to work in office at client locations when required.
