Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager (Night Shift Calling US Clients) in the RCM Claim Process for Health Insurance/Medical Billing. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls with US-based clients and insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, resolve denials, and clarify billing-related issues.

The Assistant

Manager will oversee claim status checks, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to streamline revenue cycle processes.





Responsibilities include monitoring team performance during night shifts, maintaining compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, and supporting process improvements to enhance claim resolution and collection efficiency. The role requires flexibility to work in night shifts and maintain professional communication with international clients.

Qualifications

- Experience in RCM, health insurance, or medical billing processes, including claim follow-up and denial management.
- Strong communication skills in English for calling and coordinating with US clients and insurance companies.
- Ability to lead or supervise night shift operations, including performance monitoring and escalation handling.
- Proficiency in using medical billing or RCM software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a US healthcare BPO or similar workplace is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline; healthcare, commerce, or management background is an advantage.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
