What You’ll Do:

- Work on strategic and business problems, break them down into structured analyses and develop transparent, actionable solutions.
- Conduct GTM research, market sizing, competitor analysis, industry research, benchmarking and market/sector studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Support market-entry, growth strategy, business development, transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Own and manage specific project workstreams, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, actions, dependencies and follow-ups.
- Work closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive projects from planning to execution.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights, recommendations and business cases.
- Prepare high-quality management presentations, reports, research notes,



project updates and executive communications.
- Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.
- Support senior leadership with problem-solving, decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives. Interact with clients, partners and other external stakeholders as required.
- Travel for client meetings, market visits, research and project requirements as required.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–4 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, Big 4 advisory, corporate strategy, project management, business transformation or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Experience or strong interest in GTM, market research, market sizing, strategy and business analysis.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and deliverables effectively.
- High ownership, initiative and ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Exposure to business transformation, process improvement or HR/people-related projects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently based on project and client requirements is mandatory.
