What You Are Walking Into

Our Partnerships team brings in employers. Our Coach team trains students. Between a signed brief and a student who delivers, there is a gap, and no one owns it.

That gap is your function. When a brief closes, it comes to you. What happens next decides whether the employer comes back, whether the student earns and whether Edoofa can say it delivers. You are not supporting anyone's work. You run the part of the business where promises turn into results.

Every placement you manage carries your name. Every rupee a student earns is tracked by you. If you take ownership of a function and make it run without being chased, this is your moment.

What You Will Own

1. The right student in the right role A valuable match makes a placement. A bad one costs us an employer and a student's confidence. You decide who goes where, using Coach's employability scores and your own judgment of fit and readiness. You keep a live picture of every student: where they stand, what they are working on and what they have earned. No student goes out unprepared, and you are the one who says so.

2. Placements that finish Signing a placement is easy. Getting a student through it is the work. You run the start properly, with a briefing, clear expectations and a check-in in week one, then you stay close enough to notice trouble before it becomes a dropout. We hold a 90% completion rate. When a student leaves, you find out why, and the Director hears it from you.

3. Employers who come back Partnerships opens the relationship. You keep it alive.



An employer should hear from Edoofa throughout the engagement, not just at the start and end. You collect honest feedback every time, and before an engagement closes you open the next conversation and hand a warm lead back to Partnerships. A repeat employer is the strongest sign that this works.

4. Every rupee, accounted for You know what each student earned and what Edoofa made on every brief. Each month the Director gets the full revenue picture from you, with no gaps.

5. Proof that Edoofa works Your work leaves evidence behind: earning stories, employer quotes and outcomes you can point to. You collect and refresh them every semester, and you make sure every active student has a resume an employer would want to read. Partnerships, admissions and the founders all use this proof in their work.

What We Are Looking For

Must have

- 2–3 years in operations, account management, placements or program delivery, with results you can show
- Keeps a tracker accurate without reminders
- Sees things through until the result lands
- Comfortable with numbers: revenue, margin, completion rates
- Communicates well with students and employers across cultures
- Digs into why a student dropped out

Will not work

- Needs chasing for updates
- Updates records "when time permits"
- Treats a placement as done once it is signed
- Avoids reporting or can't explain their own numbers
- Needs daily direction
- Measures success by activity, not outcomes
