Ezy Laws is a corporate law firm based in Mumbai with strong expertise in Insolvency &

Bankruptcy (NCLT/NCLAT), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF/PE), Litigation Funding, and complex corporate transactions

We are seeking a qualified Legal Professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, SEBI regulations, and Contract Management, with prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters.
- Handle matters relating to SEBI laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal support for Private Equity (PE) transactions, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and related legal matters.
- Assist with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and statutory compliance.
- Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks and provide practical recommendations to the business.
- Coordinate with external counsel, advisors,



and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other applicable legal and regulatory developments.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law, SEBI regulations, and contract management.
- Eperience with Private Equity transactions will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a reputed law firm or in-house corporate legal team.
- Solid drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of applicable corporate laws, securities regulations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and work effectively.

Location: One BKC Bandra Mumbai

Experience: 3- 5 years PQE

Qualification : LLB / B.A., LLB

(SEBI regulations, Companies Act etc)

CTC: As per experience
