- Support product-adoption monitoring, stakeholder-feedback review, and solution improvements that increase usability, trust, and business value.

Data Preparation, Modeling &

- Quality

- Develop and maintain analytical datasets, dimensional models, and semantic models in BigQuery to provide consistent, reusable, understandable, and performant business metrics.
- Write SQL to transform, combine, validate, reconcile, and analyze large or complex datasets while considering performance, maintainability, and cloud costs.
- Use Python and pandas to profile, cleanse, reshape, validate, reconcile,

and analyze data and to automate repeatable data-preparation, quality, and reporting processes.
- Partner with data analysts, data architects, and the Data Office to ensure analytical datasets and models support approved business requirements and BI use cases.
- Execute testing and monitoring for data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency, and usability.
- Investigate data and reporting defects, document findings, and implement or support corrective actions.

Stakeholder Partnership &

- Requirements

- Partner with Business Analysts during requirements clarification to understand business questions, reporting needs, required metrics, solution design, and success measures.
- Support acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, training materials, release communications, and adoption activities.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, assumptions, dependencies, data limitations, and timelines clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Escalate unresolved requirements, conflicting definitions, technical constraints, and delivery concerns to the appropriate Business Analyst or HR Analytics leader.

Documentation, Governance &

- Production Readiness

- Maintain clear documentation for data sources, metric definitions, calculation logic, lineage, semantic models, dashboard functionality, assumptions, known limitations, testing, deployment, and support procedures.
