About the Role

Phoenix Business Consulting is looking for highly motivated and talented fresh graduates to join our SAP SuccessFactors practice as Associate Consultants – Employee Central (EC).

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech + MBA qualification is mandatory.
- 2025 pass-out candidates preferred.
- MBA specialization in Human Resources (HR) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from reputed and well-established colleges/universities are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and business operations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
- Strong interest in building a career in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week from the Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support activities.
- Support requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and issue analysis.
- Assist with configuration and system-related activities.
- Develop an understanding of Employee Central business processes and SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.
- Participate in testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
- Continuously develop knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology.

- Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
