Role Description The Assistant Spa Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Somara Wellness in Hyderabad. This position supports daily spa operations, including supervising staff, overseeing appointment scheduling, and ensuring treatment rooms and common areas are prepared and maintained to brand standards. The role involves monitoring service quality, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and promoting a welcoming, qualified atmosphere.

The Assistant Spa

Manager also assists with managing inventory, supporting budgeting and revenue goals, and coordinating promotional activities in line with the spa’s lifestyle and wellness philosophy.



Collaboration with the Spa Manager to implement policies, train team members, and uphold customer experience standards is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Spa Management and basic Budgeting to support efficient operations and financial performance.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Skin Care and wellness services to effectively guide guests and support the service team.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, wellness, or spa environments, with team supervision or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including attention to detail and reliability in managing daily operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours, and proficiency with basic computer and booking systems.
- A diploma or certification in spa management, hospitality, or wellness-related fields is preferred.
