Role Description The Assistant Team Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Chandpur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to processes and service standards.

Manager will help allocate tasks, coach team members, and track key metrics to meet business targets.
Responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving escalated customer or operational issues, preparing regular reports, and contributing to process improvements.
The role also requires maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in team coordination, people management, and performance monitoring, ideally in financial services or a related industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, support team members, and handle customer escalations effectively.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with data, reporting, and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic financial products and services; prior experience in lending, insurance, or wealth advisory is an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office software and business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or workflow systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Chandpur, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and adaptability across remote and on-site work.
