About the Role4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Kurnool and surrounding districts.

The role involves territory development, client acquisition, project sales, site visits, negotiations and order closures for sports infrastructure projects such as synthetic turfs, sports flooring, wooden flooring, kids' play areas and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of business development and sales activities across Kurnool and assigned nearby districts.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with schools, colleges, sports academies, corporates, institutions, builders, contractors and architects.
- Manage qualified leads from initial discussion through site visit, proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements, dimensions, budgets and timelines.
- Identify upcoming sports infrastructure and construction projects within the territory.
- Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to develop appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Present quotations and proposals and lead commercial discussions with customers.
- Handle negotiations, resolve objections and drive opportunities toward order confirmation.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and develop repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering,



Procurement and Accounts teams for smooth project execution and handover.
- Follow up on customer payments, outstanding dues and project-related commercial commitments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and potential business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Infrastructure, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Sports Infrastructure or related industries.
- Proven experience in handling a territory independently and achieving sales targets.
- Robust business development, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and convert project opportunities into business.
- Strong communication, presentation and commercial understanding.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kurnool and nearby districts.
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel independently preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Candidates with experience in project-based sales or infrastructure sales will be preferred.
