Aeroprime Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Cargo GSSA business and is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and result-oriented professional to join our Delhi team.

We work closely with airline partners to strengthen their cargo presence, connect them with key markets, and deliver seamless commercial and operational support. As we continue to expand our aviation business, we are looking for an experienced professional who can drive cargo revenue, customer acquisition, and market growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Cargo Sales to drive our cargo sales activities in the Delhi market.

The ideal candidate will have a robust network among freight forwarders, a proven track record in air cargo sales, and a good understanding of the GSSA and airline cargo business. The role will involve developing new business, managing key customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the market presence of our partner airlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive cargo sales, revenue, and business growth for assigned airline/GSSA accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, cargo agents, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the Delhi/NCR market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual cargo sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
- Promote airline cargo products, routes, capacities, and special cargo solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing.




- Develop and maintain a solid network within the freight forwarding and aviation industry.
- Coordinate with airline/GSSA operations, reservations, and customer service teams for smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, market intelligence, and business updates for management.
- Support airline sales campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Contribute to overall commercial strategy and market expansion initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; aviation/cargo-related qualification will be an advantage.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Air Cargo Sales, Airline Cargo, GSSA, Freight Forwarding, or related aviation sales.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR air cargo market and established relationships with freight forwarders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and customer acquisition abilities.
- Commercially aware, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of airline cargo products, capacity, routes, and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
