To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist based at our Kamla Nagar, Delhi office to drive recruitment for our Sales and Retail teams.

Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to hire top sales talent and field staff for Toyo Kombucha. In this permanent role, you will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, source qualified professionals, and meet our ongoing hiring needs across retail channels and sales territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for sales and retail positions—from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Targeted Sourcing: Proactively source active and passive talent for positions including Key Account Managers,



Regional/Field Sales Executives, Retail Merchandisers, Brand Ambassadors, and Area Sales Managers across Delhi NCR and expand regions.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain an active database of high-performing sales and retail professionals within the beverage, FMCG, CPG, and food manufacturing sectors.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with sales heads and retail managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and establish realistic hiring timelines.
- Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for Toyo Kombucha, delivering a modern, engaging candidate experience that highlights our company culture and values.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and continuously optimize recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job portals, local networking, referrals).

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience focusing on Sales, Retail, or Field Force roles. Industry Focus: Prior recruitment experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, CPG, or consumer product industries is highly preferred.

Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing, and referral programs.

Location: Based in or comfortable commuting to Kamla Nagar, Delhi.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
