Role Description The Assistant Professor of Management Studies is a full time, on-site role based at the PSN Engineering College campus in Cheranmahadevi. The role involves delivering lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, and guiding students in management-related subjects.

Responsibilities include designing and updating course materials, supervising student projects, mentoring students on academic and career matters, and participating in departmental meetings.

The Assistant

Professor is also expected to engage in research activities, contribute to curriculum enhancement,



support accreditation and quality initiatives, and take part in college events and outreach programs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management disciplines.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and academic program design for management courses.
- Proven ability in Research, including publishing in academic or professional journals.
- Background in University Teaching, with strong classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of Marketing concepts and their application in teaching and research.
- Postgraduate degree (preferably Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D.) in Management or a closely related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to departmental initiatives, and engage in continuous professional development.
