Job Opening: Assistant/Associate Professor – Commerce & Management

Location: Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ph.D. in Commerce / Management from a recognized university
- Graduation & MBA or Mcom & Ph.D Marketing / BA / Operation / HR / Finannce
- Master’s degree in Commerce / Management with minimum 60% marks
- Graduation in relevant discipline is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience as Associate Professor (as per UGC norms)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Teaching UG/PG courses in Commerce and Management
- Guiding research scholars and supervising projects
- Publishing research in reputed journals
- Academic planning, curriculum development, and institutional activities

Salary Range 40,000 to 70,000 per month for Assistant Professor level

70,000 to 1,40,000 per month for Associate Professor Level (Based on interview performance, prior experience, and current salary)
