- Able to resolve real time tax queries of the team and the clients.
- Working expeirence on Form 1065, Schedules K1/K3
- Partnership Filings (preferably Form 1065 or 8865), PFIC analysis, PE fund compliances
- Robust inter- personal skills, leadership with proven track record and team building ability.
- Should possess strong international outlook and good cross cultural comfort level
- Demonstrating experience as a team leader by creating a positive environment to the team while meeting client expectations.
