Raw Material Purchase

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science /Commerce
- Experience: Proven experience in Purchase function in pharmaceutical industry
- Skills Desired: Negotiations, analytical, Vendor management
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP software and the Microsoft Office. Exposure to Pharma regulatory for US/EU/CA markets, GMP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities”:

- Purchasing:

1. To Ensure raw materials availability for inhouse Plants and CMO’s,
2. Arrange materials for site transfers and market extensions for existing commercial products

- Vendor Management: Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, and on-time delivery) and conduct regular reviews.
- Negotiation: Craft negotiation strategies and close deals to secure the most favourable terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Track functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
