Role Description The Assistant Manager – Retail Projects and Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This position oversees retail projects from planning to execution, including store layout changes, visual enhancements, and minor renovations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The role manages day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to keep the store environment safe, functional, and aligned with brand standards.

The Assistant

Manager collaborates closely with store leadership, vendors, and internal teams to track project progress, prepare reports,



and support continuous improvements in retail operations. This role also helps optimize space utilization, implements process efficiencies, and supports compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Project Management skills to oversee multiple retail initiatives and facility-related activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to track costs, interpret data, and make informed recommendations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail operations, facilities management, or store development.
- Relevant academic background in business, retail management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Saket, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
