Production Planning and Control.

Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Production Planning Based on Customer Forecast and confirmed orders.
- Running shortage reports based on the confirmed order and subsequently planning for material ordering.
- Coordinate with Purchase team to ensure availability of parts for production on time.
- Converting customer orders into daily, weekly and monthly production schedule with production supervisor.
- Responsible for implementing Kanban system inside the warehouse to meet customer demand.
- Responsible to maintain customer OTD (On time Delivery)100%.




- Acknowledging customer orders and provide necessary feedback on Delivery date and monitoring push and pull of customer orders (Interaction with China Team).
- Responsible for timely implementation of Engineering Change Note (ECN) and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor to monitor the line efficiency.

Competencies:

- Should possess strong working knowledge in Microsoft office especially, excel and power point.
- Solid knowledge on ERP systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Knowledge on ISO 9001 documentation and procedure.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering from ECE / EEE Domain.
- Experience of 6 to 9 years in production planning role in an electronic product assembly environment with knowledge on lean manufacturing and its associated production processes.
