Objective of the Role:

The Assistant Manager/Manager - Reconciliation is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of university partner reports, acting as the bridge between Analytics, Admissions, Delivery, Outreach, and other internal teams. The role focuses on investigating discrepancies, validating records, and ensuring that the final report shared with university partners is accurate, complete, and well-contextualized.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of university partner reports.
- Review exception cases flagged by the Analytics team and investigate discrepancies across systems such as Salesforce and Canvas.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Admissions, Outreach, and other relevant teams to validate records and determine the correct data to be reported.
- Resolve issues related to enrollment status, course movement, withdrawals, course completion,



and discount deviations.
- Investigate cases where discounts are higher than expected or approved levels, gather context from relevant teams, and determine what should be reported to the university.
- Update the final reporting file with validated corrections, comments, and required business context.
- Perform final quality checks before reports are shared externally.
- Handle university queries related to the report and provide transparent responses backed by internal validation.
- Maintain strong follow-through to ensure discrepancies are closed out in systems or correctly addressed manually in the report where needed.

Key Skills and Experience:

- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, filtering, lookups, and data validation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work through large datasets with high accuracy
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive issue resolution independently
- Good judgment in handling exceptions and escalations, especially where business context is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with operational data, system discrepancies, and partner-facing reporting processes

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in reporting, operations, analytics coordination, admissions, or program delivery
- Exposure to systems such as Salesforce, Canvas, or similar CRM/LMS platforms
- Experience handling partner-facing or client-facing reporting
