Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational data from various functions for Operation Excellence (OE) initiatives.
- Maintain and review trackers, KPI dashboards, scorecards, and action logs for R&D; and Quality related OE initiatives.
- Cross functional collaboration to conduct data mining, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and performance studies from time to time.
- Support identification of process gaps through quantitative analysis and benchmarking.
- Track adherence to milestones,



TCDs, CAPAs, audits, and improvement initiatives in line with OE goals.
- Perform industry research, best-practice studies, and competitive benchmarking.
- Support value-stream mapping, process documentation, and Lean planning frameworks.
- Maintain OE repository, lessons learned database, and project documentation to implement learnings.
- Ensure compliance in benefit tracking and verification of improvement projects.
- Provide analytical support for productivity, quality, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives

Must Have’s:

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma
- PMP Certification with Knowledge of project management concepts and milestone tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Robust problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
