Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to manage financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and financial analysis. The role requires robust analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Implement financial policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Monitor financial performance, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.

Prepare and present financial statements, MIS, reports, and analysis to management.

Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risks.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.





Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.

Work with cross-functional teams and support key financial decisions.

Stay updated with financial regulations, industry practices, and accounting standards.

## Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

3+ years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or finance operations.

CA / skilled certification or Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounting principles.

Experience in cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.

Experience in legal, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
